The terms and conditions of the www.one4all.si online store comply with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international e-commerce guidelines. By making a purchase, the Buyer accepts the following terms and conditions for the use of the online store, the users’ rights, and the Buyer/Seller business relationship.

Prices and product range
Due to the nature of e-commerce, the online store’s product range is frequently changed and updated. All prices are final and inclusive of packaging costs, but they don’t include delivery charges. VAT is not charged as the Seller is exempt from VAT under the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act and Article 287 of the EU Directive 2006/112/EC. The prices apply at the moment an order is placed and are not predetermined. The sale/purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment of purchase confirmation (the Buyer receives an email confirming their order). As of that moment, the prices and other terms and conditions are fixed and apply to both the Seller and the Buyer.

Delivery charges for Slovenia
The delivery is free of charge for all orders over 50€. Items are usually shipped by the Post of Slovenia, but the Seller reserves the right to choose a different delivery service. Delivery for orders weighing up to 2 kg is 0.99 EUR. We’ll send you an email with details about the delivery costs for larger orders.

The Post of Slovenia charges an additional payment fee for cash on delivery (available only in Slovenia), while this service is already included in the price when using GLS parcel service.

International delivery charges
We’ll notify you of the exact delivery costs for international orders and the delivery service delivering your order by email.

Placement of orders
Orders can be made 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The Buyer selects and orders products which are available from the online store and classified in individual sales categories. After making an order, the Buyer receives an email confirming their order. The email contains the details regarding the products and quantities selected by the Buyer. The Buyer may change the order by sending an email to the Seller before they receive an email about the completion of their order. Emails can be sent to the following address: info@one4all.si and they must include the purchase number provided in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer’s email.

B2B orders
If making an order for a company, the procedure is the same as with private purchases, except that you need to provide the name and taxnumber of your company and confirm that you accept the terms and conditions. To be eligible for B2B orders in the one4all.si online store, you need a username and password that are provided by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to provide B2B status at their own discretion. For all B2B inquiriescontact the Seller at info@one4all.si.

The Seller reserves the right to reject an order without providing a justification.

If you’d like to make an order for a company, you accept the terms and conditions for B2B orders. The main difference is the option to withdraw from the contract: companies, sole proprietors, and other businesses can return the delivered products as determined by the warranty conditions. The above-listedbusiness entities cannot withdraw from the contract within 14 days of accepting the goods without indicating a reason for such a decision, as is the case with private customers (natural persons).

The following methods of payment are available to business entities:

  • wire transfer to the company bank account;
  • PayPal (a PayPal account is not required).

Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
The Buyer shall have the right to notify the online store of their withdrawal from an order or contract within fourteen (14) days of accepting the goods without having to indicate the reason for their decision. Please send an email about your decision to withdraw to info@one4all.si.The goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of accepting them. Returns delivery charges shall be covered by the Buyer. You may also withdraw from your purchase by returning the goods within 14 days of accepting them without priornotification by email. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt must be enclosed. Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted unless a previous arrangement has been made. If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall return their money as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 days of receiving the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the contract. When returning the goods, the Buyer must provide a bank account number where they wish the money to be transferred. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order without providing a justification.

Privacy policy
Our customers have all the rights under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act. The Buyer shall make sure to protect all personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation. When making an order, you need to provide your first and last name and email address so that the Seller can handle your order and notify you of any eventual changes.

The website www.one4all.si is the sole property of the Seller and all rights are reserved. The online store may also contain images or other intellectual property belonging to third parties. Do not distribute any of the contents if this website, unless you’ve acquired writtenpermission of the owner.

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions and we’ll make sure to notify our users of all such changes on our website.

The court in Postojna, Slovenia shall have jurisdiction for all eventual disputes.
